Tianjin Fengquan Nonferrous Metal Casting Co., Ltd, established in 1998, has achieved significant development and progress over more than 20 years, yielding excellent economic and social benefits. With a total investment of US$20 million, the company is a specialized enterprise integrating non-ferrous metal casting and machining. It has a certified production capacity of 40,000 tons, producing 20,000 tons of copper bearings and 5,000 tons of copper plates annually. The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters and currently employs over 160 people, including 39 senior engineers and senior engineering technicians. It possesses strong technical capabilities and comprehensive testing methods. Its main products include bronze and brass, copper bearings, copper washers, copper nuts, and copper plates.
The company's products cover China and various countries worldwide, including major national projects. The company has four casting workshops and two machining workshops. The casting workshops are equipped with 20 large-scale vertical, cantilever, and roller centrifugal casting machines, capable of centrifugally casting parts with a minimum diameter of 50mm, a maximum diameter of 2 meters, a length of 1.5 meters, and a single piece weight of up to 20 tons. Current materials include national standard tin bronze ZQSN555, American standard C55500, C66300, SAE660, and RG7; national standard aluminum bronze QAL9-4, QAL10-3, and QAL10-4-4; C95500, C95800, and C95400; national standard tin phosphor bronze QSN10-1, QSN10-2, QSN12-2, and QSN6.5-0.1; American standard C93700; national standard Korean brass; aluminum brass 25633; and various other national standard materials such as machine copper.


Our company can also manufacture and process various standard and non-standard copper parts according to user-provided drawings. Our machining workshop is equipped with high-precision equipment such as large vertical lathes, heavy-duty horizontal lathes, gantry milling machines, and CNC lathes, capable of meeting the rough and finish machining needs of our castings. We have an excellent engineering team capable of independently designing and processing centrifugal casting molds and providing excellent solutions for customer technical requirements.
All centrifugal castings produced by our company are machined, with a single-sided machining allowance of less than 1.5 mm and a product utilization rate of over 95%. More than ten types are specifically supplied to the hot-dip galvanizing industry, including zinc-aluminum alloys and aluminum master alloys.





Our company boasts strong technical capabilities, possessing the industry's only fully automated four-robot production line and German-imported electric furnaces. We have senior engineers, a high-level laboratory, and have introduced professional spectral testing equipment. We also have a research and after-sales service team. We specialize in producing various hot-dip galvanized, blow-galvanized, electroplated, and plated iron wires, including non-standard and standard products, zinc-aluminum alloy ingots, zinc-nickel alloy ingots, aluminum intermediate alloy ingots, multi-element zinc-aluminum alloy ingots, and zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy ingots. Production is tailored to customer requirements, with a monthly output and sales volume exceeding 2,000 tons.
Our company has recently introduced a new product—zinc-aluminum alloy ingots. Since its market launch in 2018, it has effectively improved the technological quality of the plating industry, solving various technical problems for many manufacturers across the country and earning the trust and praise of users.
