Fengquan is a professional manufacturer in China. With nearly 30 years of experience in non-ferrous metal casting and machining, we have accumulated rich industry expertise. Our Large Scale Aluminum Bronze Casting Parts, leveraging our strong production capacity and advanced technology, have the greatest advantage in customizable production. Whether it's large-scale industrial forging equipment or small precision forging machinery, we can perfectly adapt to provide a solid guarantee for the stable operation of forging presses. If you are struggling to choose copper bearings for your forging press, consider us.
Large Scale Aluminum Bronze Casting Parts are made of national standard aluminum bronze (including high-quality grades such as ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2). The material itself possesses outstanding mechanical properties and environmental adaptability: tensile strength reaches 600-900MPa, with some grades exceeding 630MPa, approaching the level of medium and low carbon steel, easily handling the high-frequency, heavy-load conditions of forging presses; it exhibits excellent wear resistance, with low wear rate in sliding friction environments, significantly extending its service life compared to ordinary materials; it possesses good corrosion resistance, maintaining stable performance in atmospheric, fresh water, seawater, and various acidic and alkaline environments, especially resistant to chloride ion corrosion, making it suitable for complex industrial scenarios; it maintains stable mechanical properties below 400℃, and combined with spark-free characteristics and anti-galling self-lubricating function, it can operate safely even in flammable and explosive environments or under oil-free lubrication conditions.
Large Scale Aluminum Bronze Casting Parts are manufactured using centrifugal casting technology. This involves the coordinated operation of 20 domestically advanced large-scale vertical, cantilever, and roller centrifugal casting machines and 50 heavy-duty centrifugal casting equipment. Centrifugal force ensures the molten metal fully fills the mold and solidifies densely, preventing defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosity from the outset, and ensuring uniform material and structural stability of the forging press's copper bearings. Subsequent roughing and finishing are performed on 30 high-precision machines, including large vertical lathes, heavy-duty horizontal lathes, gantry milling machines, and CNC lathes, with a single-sided machining allowance of less than 1.5 mm, further guaranteeing product dimensional accuracy and operational stability.
We deeply understand the differences in operating conditions among various forging equipment. Leveraging 30 years of casting processing experience and a professional engineering team, we provide comprehensive customized services covering material, dimensions, tolerances, and delivery dates. Whether you need forging press copper bearings made of standard tin bronze, aluminum bronze, or tin-phosphor bronze, or custom products with non-standard sizes and special tolerance requirements, we can provide drawings for precise machining. Our independently designed centrifugal casting molds can quickly respond to personalized technical needs and provide optimized solutions.
