"Intelligent" inhibition of oxidation: We introduce unique trace elements into the alloy. When added to the multi-element alloy, it forms a dense protective film on the surface of the zinc bath. This film directly reduces the contact between the zinc bath and air, keeping the amount of zinc ash generated to a minimum.

Improved zinc bath flowability: The high-quality multi-element alloy significantly reduces the viscosity and surface tension of the zinc bath. This means that when the plated parts leave the zinc bath, excess zinc flows back into the zinc pool faster and more smoothly.

Result: The zinc layer thickness can be controllably reduced from the traditional 80-100μm to 40-60μm, while still maintaining a bright and uniform surface finish. We call this "Controllable Coating Technology".
